Every year, our conferences attract a considerable number of presenters from around the world. Before you register, please be sure to check if a visa is required for your entry to Canada.
Citizenship & Immigration Canada (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp) provides a list of countries for which visa restrictions apply, as well as all other pertinent information you may require before making any travel plans. Give yourself plenty of time as the entire application process can take several months!
Please also note that the registration confirmation you receive from us does not represent an invitation to attend. If you require a signed, official letter of invitation for this conference for travel visas, please email email@example.com.
Letters are only available upon request.
